Donna Fujimoto Cole President and CEO |
| Donna began her career in the chemical industry working for Del Ray Chemical. She worked her way up to VP and became a 26 percent owner of Del Ray as well as a 3 percent owner of its parent company, Gold King Chemicals. Donna later started her own business at the request of clients such as Shell, DuPont, Monsanto and Exxon who valued her passion for customer service. Today, under Donna’s leadership, Cole Chemical still does business with those clients plus many more. She now has multiple clients in all 50 states plus many foreign countries. In 2009, Houston Woman Magazine named Donna one of Houston's 50 most influential women. | |

Hilda Garza Rader Business Development |
| Hilda came to Cole Chemical with 10 years experience in Intermediate Chemicals Accounting and Customer Service at Exxon Chemical Company, plus sales experience at Xerox. She began at Cole 13 years ago as a Customer Service Representative and was later promoted to Business Development Manager. Hilda has a passion for building customer and supplier relationships, and finding better, more efficient solutions for all. | |

| Michael’s 20 years of experience in Information Technology includes technical sales, network and server administration, application development, and database management. Becky Cooper Purchasing |
| Rebecca (“Becky”) Cooper has more than 30 years of experience in the chemical industry. She began working in California for Union Carbide, gaining experience in inventory management, HS&EA, and distribution. In 1996, she began working in Texas as a customer service specialist for the Dow Chemical. In 2001, she joined Cole Chemical where she manages sourcing, purchasing, inventory management and logistic. | |

Gina Hightower Supply and Customer Relations |
| Gina is a native Houstonian and has been with Cole Chemical for 12 years in customer service and accounting. Her responsibilities include placing orders with suppliers, carriers and warehouses to ensure the right product reaches the customer at the right time. She also handles invoicing and troubleshooting. Her caring and compassion coupled with her attention to detail and computer skills help her build strong relationships with customers. | |

Donna Jolly Executive Assistant |
| Donna is a native Houstonian who joined Cole Chemical in August 2010 and brings over 30 years experience in the Oil & Gas and Chemical industries, both in the administrative fields and customer service with companies such as Shell, Exxon Mobil and Sasol. As Donna Cole's assistant, she handles office administration. Donna handles ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standards certifications for the company. She also assists with company-sponsored events, some minority reporting for suppliers and Customer Service. | |
