Donna Fujimoto Cole, Pres/CEO of Cole Chemical & Distributing, Inc., founded the company in 1980, at the age of 27 with $5000, divorced, with a four year old daughter. After working for Goldking Chemical for four years and owning 3 percent of the company, the partners started del Rey Chemical International where Ms. Cole was named VP Sales and a 26 percent owner. Subsequently DuPont, Exxon, Monsanto and Shell encouraged Donna to start her own business because they appreciated the responsiveness, honesty, market intelligence and sourcing in short supply. Ms. Cole has experience with start ups, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestures in the chemical manufacturing, distribution, warehousing and packaging areas. Cole Chemical's revenues are in excess of $80 million supplying chemicals, synthetic lubricants, fuels and specialty chemicals with supply chain management services to the aerospace, automotive, refineries, petrochemical, specialty chemical plants, personal care, and electric utility industries. Jodi Philips Jodi Philips

Jodi oversees the company’s departmental and financial activities, while working with both administrative leaders and the executive team, toward a path of company growth and succession transitions. Prior to joining Cole Chemical, Jodi was with Berryman Smith, LLC. (Berryman Chemical, Inc., Quality Grinding Aids and Trifecta Trading, LLC.) for 14 years, most recently as the Director of Operations.
Jodi has been involved in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, Procurement and Customer Service. She has also played a key role in the implementation and evolution of company structure/culture, leadership and establishing departmental roles. Her more than 18 years of chemical experience give her the ability to drive processes, easily implement procedures, identify issues/discrepancies and produce outcomes that propel companies forward to new levels of success.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University and her Master of Science degree from Columbia University. She is an active board member and Secretary of the Joan Capps Foundation, which promotes the educational and life skill advancement of diverse young women. She is a member of the Houston Chemical Association.
